Downloading albums from Photobucket
Here is the answer to my question from Photobucket I now have to download 2300 photos one at a time ??? Stay well clear.

Unfortunately, the download album feature is no longer available. You can still download your photos individually from your account.
We understand that downloading images individually can be time consuming. However, this is the only option we have at this time.
