how to download mods in single player

Hey guys, I was wanting to start a single player world of RPG Immersion, with the addition of Biomes O' Plenty, and maybe, Thaumcraft. How do I go about. Do the mods work in single player too? or only on servers? The mod can be used in singleplayer (since the singleplayer is a self hosted server). Will I get banned for that? If no mods installed when playing Online. Or can Rockstar detect mods on Singleplayer and ban you from GTA:O?

Not sure if this is the forum section or not, sorry if it’s not. I just want to know how I can install mods to my FiveM singleplayer, like for example add-on vehicles.

GTA V version?
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Got both Steam and Social Club installed.
Windows version? 8.1
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Nope
Error screenshot (if any)
System specifications Doesnt matter for this situation I think
What did you do to get this issue? Not an issue
What server did you get this issue on? Not an issue
CitizenFX.log file Dont think its needed
.dmp files/report IDs Dont think its needed

I have not tried to anything as I’m scared I will ruin something.
