Recently my Windows 10 has been stuck on pending updates.
I have tried all I know to resolve this but failed.
Anybody know how to make Windows update as normal ?

Have you gone to the Microsoft site and tried to update your system to 1809 using the update assistant?
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Just hit update now.

It was brilliant. Quite a few users have Windows update pending trouble on the web.
It is not uncommon.
But they have not the benefit of BC's wonderful experts.
