Why is the minecraft marketplace not downloading - possible

It seems to be a common issue for some. I would try to make the purchase through the Xbox.com website via desktop and see if that works.

Thanks for replying! When it comes to the Minecraft Marketplace, you may be able to get some help regarding that more directly from Mojang Support as that particular store is not run by Microsoft directly.

Sometimes Micrisoft transactions are a bit off. Make sure you have valid payment info linked to your Xbox/Microsoft account. Also, it may help to look to the Minecraft website to see if an aspect of their servers are down right now.
