Thank you so much for replying, I am pulling my hair out here.

I have downloaded Revouninstaller and used it to download all traces of Apple software. iTunes, iCloud, Support Software and everything else.

Tried re-installing iCloud for Windows. Still says I need to install Media Features 

Pack.

Grrrrr. Any other ideas?

Could you confirm if you are running Windows 10 Home N or Windows 10 Pro N? This is normally the version of Windows 10 available to users in Europe.

Press Windows key + R

Type: winver

Hit Enter

Check if says Windows 10 N.

If it does, then you can need to download and install the Media Feature Pack:

It is neither, just says Windows 10 Home.
