How to delete downloaded files on motog3

I am using motog3 from last one month, all features are good but motorola does not provides any application Inbuit.camera is good. Battery ok for fullday only.gps is good without internet it can show accurate position. when i start to capture video phone starts to heatup very high and after that closing vedio app Phone started to malfunction due to heated condition.i asked to customer care they have suggeted to update system version.but after updating my all current data will lose.

i got moto g3 from shop its very nice phone in budget and very nice speed in this phone samsung is wrost company i using samsung phone samsung phones after 1 year speed are slow but motorola and other company phones in not this issue like samsung.....

This is a great phone with lots of features. A bargain price. As well!

I dislike this phone so much!! Read so manybreviews before buying...no one mentioned you would be out of storage in a week.

Please don't buy...its has hanging problem....from the very first day and you can't even switch off your phone..to restart as the battery cannot be removed...THE WORST PHONE EVER MADE

Past one month I have faced a problem that the exte... moreAfter you insert the memory card in the SD slot , you have to go to Storage settings and "mount " the SD card. If you want to remove the SD card , you have to go to Storage settings and "eject" the SD card. If you move or remove the SD card without first ejecting it, you will damage the SD card and it will be corrupted and no longer usable. That happened to me. I bought a new SD card, mounted in the Storage settings and it has been working fine. I would also recommend leaving SD card as external storage if you have updated to Marshmallow. I tried to download a movie on my 8GB Moto G and kept getting a " need to insert external storage " message even though I had a 32 GB SD card formatted as internal storage.

I have purchased moto G 3 ... I forgot my mail account in which I have signed in. I formatted my phone due to some problem. but it asking the mail login in which i previously logged in... I don't know what to do... can anyone give some solution?

While connected the moto g3 mobile to computer it not show the SD card only show the internal storage so please tell the solution

AnonD-500868, 14 Feb 2016speaker as well as sound quality is very very poor .if you like to hear sound with mobile spea... morepls try to hard reset ur moto g3. I. think it will be fine.

Best phone ever i face no problem in this phone.
I am soo happy to biy this phone..my battrey backup also increased ..loved this phone
