Where are the downloaded files saved?

1. Web Browser

All downloaded files will be saved according to your web browser’s download path settings.
You can check this on each browser’s Settings menu.

2. Desktop App(Windows/Mac OS/Linux)

Go to Download Path setting within Send Anywhere app and check the downloaded files.
You can find the download folder via Settings >  File transfer >Download Path.

3. Mobile App

1) Android

By default, all files received via Send Anywhere app are saved in the Send Anywhere folder of internal storage. Send Anywhere app just display your files stored on your device in each tab (Photo, Video, Audio, and App) of the Send menu only for the time you're using the app.

However, if the file format is not supported by Android OS or the file contains an audio codec not supported by Android OS, you can find it in the 'Files' tab of Send Menu in Send Anywhere app.

You can use a file management app to see all received files in the folder designated for Received Files for Send Anywhere. The received files for Send Anywhere folder is the one designated via the top left menu(3 lines icon) > Settings > Receive > Storage Location.

2) iOS

Send Anywhere auto-save all received photos and videos to the iOS Photos app by default. It is classified and displayed in the 'Photo' and 'Video' tab of the Send menu within Send Anywhere app.
However, if the received file format is not supported by iOS or the received file contains an audio codec not supported by iOS, it cannot be saved in the Camera Roll of Photos app. So the file is saved in the 'File' tab of Send Menu in Send Anywhere app. Make sure that the received file is saved in the 'File' tab. And, all files other than image and video are stored on the 'Files' tab of the Send menu.
